Gilles spent 25 years with PwC, including 8 years in Africa (Cameroon, Gabon, Tchad and Morocco) and 13 years in the US (where he was the Lead Tax Partner heading the Africa practice at PwC US).
He founded the firm Vignemont Africa & Partners in 2021.
He is an expert in the taxation of African countries and relies on his solid network, with a focus on the oil sector.
He offers a variety of services including tax planning, assistance with restructurings and expansions, assistance to tax audits, etc.

François is an experienced international tax lawyer. Attorney at law (avocat) at the Paris bar, François has more than 20 years of experience and practiced in the international firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, in France and in Africa.
He has specific experience in tax and legal support for international investments in Africa, particularly in the energy, engineering and construction sectors. He has also developed a practice in tax audits and litigation.
François is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN). He is also a lecturer in taxation at the Sorbonne and the author of numerous articles on international taxation.
