Vignemont Africa & Partners was created at the start of 2021 by Gilles de Vignemont, who has extensive experience assisting multinational companies in implementing efficient tax solutions and enabling business growth in Africa.

​Gilles is a French tax Lawyer, with dual citizenship - French/American - and moved to the United States in 2008.

Most recently, Gilles spent 25 years with PwC, including 8 years in Africa (Cameroon, Gabon, Tchad and Morocco) and 13 years in the US as Leading Tax Partner heading the Africa practice.
